Cooperative Movement as a Community Welfare Practice Model

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the potential as a community welfare practice model that is inherent in the cooperative movement by analyzing the cooperative movement through community organizing model reinterpretation of the classics only Rothman of community welfare practices, and South Korea suggests a community welfare practice strategies. Community organizing model analytical framework derived from the re-interpretation of the subject and the promotion of community organizing approach only Rothman, based on the propulsion system, ¡®progressive community welfare type¡¯, ¡®conservative community welfare type¡¯, ¡®liberal market budget¡¯ was typed into four ¡®conservative budget market¡¯. This analytical framework to utilize the results of the first analysis, subjects and approaches in promoting community organizing cooperative movement has been developed in a bottom-up approach of regional centers. In this regard, cooperative movement is strong but the nature of the ¡®progressive community welfare type¡¯, on a case-by-case ¡®progressive market Economy¡¯, the characteristics of the road ¡®conservative community welfare type¡¯ was found to have some degree. Second, the propulsion system of community organizing cooperatives can be enjoyed in that it emphasizes the reciprocal relationship of trust, based on ¡®progressive community welfare type¡¯. The local social work strategies based on the above information, presented in two principal aspects of the promotion subject and implementation system approach.
